I was contemplating getting the package which expels the water but really didn't plan for it. Could look into it and see who in Florida does work like that.

What are you planning to do with yours based on the research you have done?

I think most good coats expel water and is a standard. I'm actually leaning towards not getting PPF on my car because I don't drive freeways often and there aren't many rocks and debris flying around in town. The roads and freeways are fairly wide and clean. If I ever decide to take a drive out of town I can perhaps then just add a temporary film and remove it after as a possibility. I'm still in the process of deciding which coat to go with but leaning towards a long term coat lasting 4+ years to get the most value.
