Since you asked for advice I will say this. The Michelin pilot alpin is a "winter performance tire". It isn't a "true" winter tire. The pilot alpin will perform a lot better than the stock summer tires and will be fine in cold dry weather.
In snow however, it won't be much better than an all season tire. The Michelin x ice for example which is available through the group buy is a studless winter tire and does much much better in snow.
If you are sure that you will not drive your car in the snow then the alpin will be fine. If you plan on driving in the snow then think about the x ice or another true winter tire.
