That's a bit excessive, no? I mean these pics are on a public site but I did go through the time to take them. Does a C&D have to be sent through an attorney and filed in court?
 I may try to go through the BBB first. I've had some success recently with them and Expedia. Dunno though....I'll have to think about it. All the legal talk is cool and all but I'm not sure if it'll be worth the trouble.

I don't think it's harsh. They are required by law to at least give you credit for your work by providing their sources, otherwise it's plagiarism.
