Same here! I had a professional detailer look at it and he shared with me that he could not find anyone in the Netherlands that could fix it.
The only thing they offered me is painting all four rims since the color of the single rim would 100% differ from the other three. For now we left it and made it a bit better than it was...
I am amazed that your guys in the U.S. are able to fix this. Isn't there anyone in Europe who can do this?
