Supply has finally caught up with demand

I've been watching the used market on the M2 for a while and it seems that the prices are finally getting a bit more "normal". I mean for the first couple of years now, even used M2's were going for almost MSRP or more, at least the asking prices were set there. Maybe it was a 1M carryover effect, but now that supply has met demand, the cars might actually depreciate like they should.
I have now seen a few below $50k and even some new 2018's listed for what appears to be MSRP. Maybe the dealer markups will be over on new ones going forward also.

Coincidentally I noticed a similar thing on the GT350. Perhaps the overall market is getting softer, or it is just coincidence because both models have been around for about the same time.
