I just ordered a set SV501 from Signature Wheels (Amazing service and great products)

I'm considering running them for track setup since they're so light weight. (~18-19 lbs)

9,5x19 ET25
10,5x19 ET40

But is the recommendation 18" with R-tires if possible, or should I just stick with these 19"?

From start I was thinking of going 18", but now that I see alot of you guys running 19".
its really just a question about money. 18s in an R compound will be cheaper than 19s. then the next factor is what the plans are for brakes.
Thank you.

So there's no real down side to running 19" r-tires, except for the cost?

Brakes will only get better cooling and track pads for starters.

So, what dimensions do you recommend if I'm doing the 19"s?

I will probably do the R888R since I have a good Toyo connection.
