Welcome. A 265 street tire will be quite a bit narrower than that 285 Hoosier I used. A 5mm spacer on ET33 would be ET28 which is pretty close to what my wheel is and should leave you enough room on both sides.

I bet you can fit a 275 with +28 on a 18x10. I'm going to test fit 275 on a 18x10 +25 soon.
