My experience hasn't been great with ties. I could only find one pic showing the Super Sports' tear at the rim bead. But the tread was chunking heavily as well. There are many more pics online of PSS getting destroyed from track driving.
Having said that, I've chunked Dunlops as well so maybe it's just the way I am driving.
