I use the M2 for open back roads and occasional track days, it's not my daily so I'd like to focus more on performance and handling over comfort. Durability is also important. That being said, I got some brands on my mind:
KW V3 / Clubsport 3Way
Ohlins DFV for M2
Intrax 1K2 for M2
JRZ (do they have the M2 spec yet?)

I'm in the same boat and looking at either V3s or Ohlins... Ohlins are slightly more expensive for me and there is less height ajustments, but the ride quality/overall quality is probably a bit higher than the V3s
