He or anyone would at least need to compare an adapted prior i-step to an adapted new i-step on same dyno in same conditions. lol. ain't happening ever.
I think what'd be ideal, is if he'd been going to the track say weekly and getting consistent times, then suddenly reduces the times after the flash.
