Here are some updates, the rubbing has been reduced just about 950% as a few things changed, going back to the stock tire set up has helped a great deal. As well once the BBK kit went on the brake heat shields were removed the noise (metal/tinging) has just about disappeared.
When I get the rubbing it's with about 800lbs extra of gear and passengers, yes we are heavy LOL and on some very horrible roads under load. If I'm driving by myself with one passenger or the family it doesn't rub. Not sure if that helps. Our here in the northeast our roads are horrible.
