Pretty sure the diff clunk / gearbox slack is normal. The M2 barely has any sound isolation and most of the bushings and rear subframe are direct / solid mounted.
I’d be more concerned if the clunk / rattle comes with clutch slip as it could mean your clutch isn’t adjusting properly.
