Usually they?re installed by the dealer if the customer has bad credit, etc, and they expect to have to repo the car.
Very rarely will a buyer order it.

That isn?t the case at all for us. It is strictly for theft protection. BMW won?t give a loan on a 65k car if you have bad credit!!
