Just for context: You have a much higher chance of 'that' slow driver causing an accident that will injure or kill you than 'that' slow driver pulling out a gun and shooting you with it.

I'm not saying road rage is a myth -- I can recall several situations on a sportbike where a driver put me in harm's way for no other reason than becuase he/she was pissed at what I could do on two wheels that he/she couldn't do on four. But its rate of occurrence is far, far overblown.
