Braided washing machine line FTMFW!!!
The original bath/washer room had a small leak for years apparently. The tub cast in 1949 must have weighed 350lbs. The floor rotted and the tub slowly fell into subfloor. Now we have new joists/tile and no more mold
I did all but the joists on my own
