No instructions from KW?
There is no one correct setting, the best setting is the one that feels best to you. If you are only going by feel, turn the rebound setting until you feel the ride is too stiff and back up a couple of clicks. On the compression, turn it up until you feel the car starts to loose traction or skittish in a turn. Do all this within the speed limit of course.
