I have the compression set on full soft on all 4 corners for a better ride quality during daily driving. I don't intent to drive like a maniac or make sudden turns on public roads. When I hit the tracks, I adjust the compression them back to "default" settings to help smoothen out the weight transition through corners. It all depends on the road course I'm driving in that would determine if I added more or compression and or rebound. Its hard to say what suits your driving style best.
