Place to talk to on this is Girodisc. I believe they already have a rotor that's the right diameter (front brakes are 370mm, right? TTRS is the same, so it's just a matter of thickness and hat geometry at that point)
Girodisc rotors are solid and the price is fair too - $1k for a set of fronts for the TT, although I've seen them cheaper in a group buy IIRC. When you kill the ring, you just replace the ring and reuse the hat, true two-piece.
