I am not sure how rough a neighborhood Ft. Lauderdale can be but I read a short story about a single man's trouble with the State. Still not sure if it is the chicken or the egg as the source. This could be my last enjoyable day so bear with me and my lengthy write-up.
We have some bad neighborhoods in Canada as well. I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast last week where I had no business being. The reason being the operator was not competent to handle the job. I was ok with it until he started cussing about stuff that would get you fired at work or even worse.
The first night, I heard a bunch of young men yelling his name then thrashing all the cars in the driveway. I noticed my car on the street was ok, the next morning. I was the one who had to give advice to the poor tourists and there 2015 Mitsubishi. A few days later, I noticed some deep scratches requiring paint on the passenger door of my car.
I would recommend that you build a 2 car garage?
