There is a 2000km run in service where engine & diff oil is changed.
I'm not sure what the service intervals are for the regular 2 series but my next scheduled oil change is something stupid like 18 months or 25,000kms from the initial service. I have 5 years free servicing but no way I'm waiting that long to change the oil so I'll pay for an interim oil change before then.
