Warranty would be intact with caveats. Dinan's matching warranty covers Dinan and BMW OE parts so if a problem develops that can be traced back to the intake or exhaust as the root cause the claim would not be covered. Not in business to support other vendors goods after all. I can't think of a reason why the exhaust would cause issues unless cats were removed but the intake is a bit more problematic just with how finicky the sensors can be. So for example if you start getting MAF codes (intake related) you would be on your own.

The pump in question is an in tank LPFP replacement / modification (depending on which option you choose). Not a HPFP.
