Another bug - I updated to iOS 10.3 Beta 1 (on an iPhone 7 Plus), and on a recent trip the CarPlay Maps screen went black and there was no voice navigation.
Workaround - I used the build-in BMW nav system for the first time. And yes, it's much better than CarPlay Maps. For example: "Prepare to turn right..." is something that Siri never says. She also never says "Stay in the carpool lane" if and when it's open and faster, etc. etc. etc. Not to mention the sexier voice!
Caveat - iOS 10.3 is still in beta, so there *will* be bugs.
