Having done the lowering spring thing a few times over many years, it goes like this. Oh this is great. No ride quality change at all. Handling is so good. That’s because you paid for it and start to become critical of road surfaces to explain away the deficiencies. However, on my current car I switched back to stock springs and ride height and went with Koni adjustable inserts. The difference is night and day. Suspension travel is everything. In summary, you want lower ride height? Get coilovers. Lowering springs are for looks only on anything but perfectly smooth roads.
