For those having trouble getting the bumper back on fully (especially that upper corner near the rear light), you really have to look closely at the way the bumper meets up with the fender. You'll notice that the bumper has a flat notch on it, and it will fit on top of a "shelf" at the bottom edge of the fender. It's such a tight fit that usually the notch just bumps up against that shelf. You need to almost push that notch up so that it slides on top of the shelf, then the rest of the bumper slides very easily on.
