If the "scoring" was removed from 2 hours of track time with the Pagids then you didn't have scoring. The RS29 is pretty easy on rotors compared to the vast majority of track pads. My guess is you had some pad residue from the OEM pads that were showing up as groves and the Pagids cleaned that off. I measure my rotor thickness after each track weekend (use the same pads as you) and with just under 3 hours of track time I don't get a measurable difference on the rear rotors and the fronts are a less than a 1/10th of a MM.
