On what grounds? I don't know if you have (or intend to) take it to court, but I would be curious to know what the crown's argument with it is exactly.
They would probably try to say something along the liines of either "it's not the issued plate" or "it makes it harder to identify." Both are really just arguing a technicality, when I suspect that the real reason the cops don't like them is that they don't have a good flat surface to bounce their laser/radar off of to give you a speeding ticket... |
The cop said it's extremely illegal to make a replica of a government issued document lol but he gave me ticket for not having front plate only.
