Mark, my suggestion would be map1. Map2 can ?consume? your fuel pump over time, as it?s targeting maximum 6psi of boost down low and in the middle, resulting a really 20+psi in peak pre-throttle. One of my friend have his m2 run on JB4 map6 (targeting 18psi, almost flat) for the past 12 months, sometimes on ethanol. Had to admit his is one of the most abused m2s from our local ‘test’ group. His pump has been worn out and now can no longer sustain high load at above 6k rpm even on map1. Now he has to shift at 6k (it?s not slower doing this though) to avoid HPFP crash, he sees error code all the time, something like pictures as below I?m attaching.

BTW, FBO JB4 map1 is stock m4 quick after 60mph (even quicker below!), if you know when to shift. No doubt about it, we know it.
