Totally fixable. In Los Angeles where I live, there are numerous auto repair shops that specialize in such repairs. Yours is not even past the polished section. If the shop does not have the exact color in stock they will mix some up. That wheel has very minor damage it would only cost $100 to $150 here to fix it. Find a good automotive repair/paint shop in a large city near you to do it. You'll never even know it was there.
