The 3 series should have never been offered in 4 doors. As soon as BMW started this then it has all been downhill.

the 3 series has had 4 doors in every generation but E21 .. LOL. that's the only generation it was a 2 door only.

Since then the next five generations E30, E36, E46, E90, F30.. have all included a 4 door model.
