Just got my car back from the dealer only to realize there was a huge crack in the windshield under the wiper blade. After a few days of going back and forth and a surveillance review, one of the kids who was washing the car cracked it, therefore BMW is completely taking care of everything, along with the brand new ceramic tint I had installed on the car, and some serious scratches put on the car from the car wash. These are some of the things that just shouldn't even happen in the first place.
