Do you have the Akra downpipe and full exhaust as well?
Did you hook the diagnostic comp to see what caused the drivetrain CEL?

I'm running the ER catless downpipe with the stock catback. Valves are always open. The car was off for about 6 hours in the work parking lot and I when I restarted it there was no longer the CEL. Still curious and slightly afraid I ran my bootmod3 CEL check and it found nothing. Hasn't happened since, and even when it did happen and I had to finish the drive to work... it didn't feel like anything was wrong.
