No vibration issues or engine roughness.
I did have one weird drivetrain CEL about a month ago. Popped up, said it was safe to keep driving. I was on my way to work so I decided to check it out after work. CEL was gone when I restarted the car. I did a CEL check through the OBD and nothing popped up. Besides that one weird occurrence I haven't had any other issues.
