This is noted in my post above. All that's needed is a box made of conductive metal that interferes with the NF signal to the point where it can't be amplified clearly.

I'd personally be wary of 'bags' simply because by nature, a bag has an opening and isn't solid conductive material all around. Remember: thieves are attempting to amplify an existing signal. Any opening can give them the window (pun partially intended) they need.
