I'm not sure low 50s makes sense - there are many S3s in Audi lots - aren't the R series equivalents typically ~10k more ?

The official price is C$62,900 + options (tops out at a little over $73K all in with CC brakes). This information is widely available to anyone who knows who to ask.
This base price is $500 less than a fully equipped 6MT M2 (no sunroof).
EDIT: forgot to mention it was Canadian dollars.
