+1 on the crappy gas. Hopefully I get a call from the dealer soon, they got me driving their 320i loaner car. I've never been in such a cheap feeling BMW. At least it's brand new, less than 200 miles on the odometer.
I still think it's got to be diff/trans related. I feel like an issue with the engine would throw a CEL. But I've only been driving BMW for less than 2 years, they do have some quirks.

That's because it IS a cheap BMW ..? At $33,450... just $300 in MSRP separates that 3 series from a 228 and $350 separates it from the $33,100 base X1 which is the cheapest car in the lineup.
It's also a far cry from the $49650 340 xdrive GT at the top of the lineup.
