I'm surprised and disappointed by what I'm hearing about the brakes (and there has been numerous reports on this) as I had the M Performance brakes (the upgraded version / red) on my M135i and they performed really well at the track, no fade at all - I would have thought the M2 would be better than those!

When BMW did their M track day they put M performance brake pads on the M2's. on the track all the M3/4 owners use pagid.
