I'm doing both with my car - daily&track - and went with the KW Clubsport 3-way coilovers.
TO ME, the suspension works perfect! For sure, it's slighty stiffer than standard, but the increase of handling and response is worth every cent of it!
Maybe this is also an option to you instead of V3 or Öhlins.
My Setup for daily use is:
front:
camber -2,15°
Compression fully open
Rebound 8 clicks open
rear:
camber -1,45°
Compression high-speed 2clicks open
Compression low-speed 1click open
Rebound 8 clicks open
Spring rates are standard.
