A 275/35-18 R7 will be pushing the limits of the M2 fender clearances. You will need in excess of -3˚ of camber up front to clear that wide of a tire without major rubbing issues.

The 295/30-18 will be a bit too short for the rear of the M2. We would recommend the 295/35-18. This should fit without issue, but a fender roll might be required with an R compound like the Hoosier.
