Take a look at the defendants? What does that mean? If you are trying to bring race into the discussion just check that crap at the front door.
Regardless of one's race/ethnicity ---- the criminal justice system in this country is loaded with soft handed liberal ass judges that just slap wrists....be it white wrists, yellow wrists, brown wrists or black wrists.
