About 15K and no rebuild needed yet.

2. What spring rates would you recommend for track and some street compromise (not a daily driver).
My 5100s are slightly more fast road focused than what you are after, but I think that they are really great - they have progressive 90nm on front, and linear 90nm on the rear.

As I understand it, the spring options that you have are (F/R):

Street 90n/90n

Track 100n/90n

Track+ 110n/90n

Race 120n/100n

Race 130n/100n

3. Any compatibility issues with GC plates?
If you are buying 5200 or 5300 they will come with AST camber plates included (I wish they did them for the 5100!).
