Come on. A Civic Si (nice car for its price, don't get me wrong) is about $25k or so. You can spend 5 grand on that and improve suspension and increase output to match the factory version of the R and still have cash left over. The R at 10 k more than the Si plus any markup is just insane. If you start with a 330i and add mods you can match the M3 but end up spending about the same as buying the M3 in the first place. With this Super Civic the price difference is just insane. You could find a used Acura NSX and put the money into restoring it and end up with a much better car for less!
