I may be breaking some BMW laws... but during my ED I couldn't help but take her above 106 mph, I respected the 5500 rpm limit as much as possible but between cruising at high speeds on the autobahn and driving on the Nurburgring I couldn't help but defy the given guidelines.

My two cents is there's a good combination of actual mechanical break in needed as well as driver learning that BMW accounts for.

Some may argue it will cause harm and I cannot say it won't. I will report back as time goes on since this beautiful car will be with me for many years to come!
