That looks like way too much wear for one track day, regardless of how aggressive your pads are...if it was the pads, all rotors (esp., the front) would look like that. Looks like possibly a caliper issue. Have you checked the caliper by driving at slow, medium speed (maybe in a parking lot w/no one around) and taking your hands off the wheel briefly (and safely) to see if the car drifts to the suspect side? Any evidence of that side generating more heat? More brake dust? Do you have photos of the pads? Were the pads radiused properly from the factory?
