35/19" is fine for road use, even occasional spirited drives. If some give is required for track work, spare set of track 18" rims/tyres should be handy. A large number of 1M owners track with our stock 235+265/35/19 without ever owning a track set of 18". 19" would look good for 2 series IMO.
