I had my 991.1 GT3 before picking up my M2, don't get me wrong the standard M2 is a great car, its not a CS and definitely not a GT3
Every car I have owned I have tweaked always swapping suspension and usually brakes. The only cars I havent done that with are a 964RS and the GT3, all my M cars including an E30 M3 ended up going under the spanner and ending up with some sort of coilover suspension
Im not sure what that says, perhaps I dont really like road cars and prefer more track oriented cars, even if my last track day was 2018 !
On paper the CS is a lightly modded CS for a £20k premium. I get the press say differently but surely a few mods on a CS or even M2 could get you near for far less
