Yeah, caught you singing.
So this year I put my Exige on "vacation" for Jan/Feb/March, and have only driven it twice since. My daily is the M2, and I find that the pair complement each other perfectly, as every time I drive the other one I'm reminded of why I love them both. Yesterday I took the Exige for a drive and was instantly smitten with the sound at 8,000 rpm, the smell, the ultra-low vantage point, the compliance of the suspension without being harsh, the impossibly good steering, and the immediacy of literally everything. What a wonderful experience. Driving the M2 again today I'm full-on in love with how easy ingress and egress are, the wonderfully warm tones of the N55, the nearly endless torque, and the feeling that it's carved out of a single piece of granite. I tell myself that one day I'll sell the M2 for a 718, but I fear if I do that, I'll no longer need the Exige, and will probably not be as happy. Maybe I'm just a 2-car guy.
