'i had the same concern, but there wasn't an off the shelf spare tire kit option with a 19" donut spare that could clear the brakes. When I switched out to the 763m wheels, I kept my stocks, so I'm using a front 788m wheel with a BMW M tire cover and a spare tire a jack kit (jack, lug wrench and 18" round foam holder thing) I bought off eBay from an X3 or something. So, it's basically a spare tire kit with a full size front. Takes up a lot of room in the trunk though.
