If you're rubbing up top the smaller spacer probably won't help.
However, if you're rubbing on the inside or outside, then it certainly will. The tire is .4 wider, which is .2 on each side, which is exactly 5.08mm. So if you were you, I'd switch to a 5mm spacer in the rear or run none at all.
