if you use the track settings, there will be little to no weight transfer at license friendly speeds on the road, leading to a pretty anodyne driving experience in bends. How much softer you go depends on where and how you normally drive. I'm currently running 2 clicks softer all round than the recommended road settings as it makes it much easier to get the car moving around in bends on the relatively tight and twisty rural routes I try to take. Jetbill's shock dyno thread suggests that this setting is still stiffer than the stock dampers though...
