Arrrr, it is unfortunate that I honestly can't compare before and after. The car had just 30 miles on it when the 788s were taken out. So i couldn't drive it "spritually." But I guess someone should be able to feel the difference in a serious driving after broken in. 17 lbs rotational mass is not small.
I can definitely say something about the ASD. One should get rid of that especially if (s)he wants to extract little better sound from the already crappy stereo of M2C
It appears that the stereo can play flac files up to 192kHz 24 bit so it is better than I expected but something is really missing in the sound. The stereo is a completely different topic so I will probably open another thread about it after some research.
